The following is important information regarding our fees and policies.
- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of first nights rent.
- Balance will be charged to the credit card given 1 WEEK prior to arrival, at which time a combination code will be given to access key to condo.
- All guests are responsible for the welfare of the facilities during their stay. Any damages found in excess of normal wear will be charged replacement costs. DAMAGE COSTS WILL BE CHARGED TO THE RESERVING PARTIES FORM OF PAYMENT.
- A $500 damage deposit will be assessed during the month of March. Upon inspection, deposits will be refunded within 15 days of departure.
- 1-night minimum stay required seasonally with the exception of 3-night minimum stay during month of March.
- PET FEE $100 (non-refundable)
- Toilet paper will be stocked at check-in, and not replenished during your stay.
- No open flames permitted inside the units or on the decks.
- We will promptly attend to repairs upon notice of a problem.
Cancellation Policies
72 hour cancellation is required to receive deposit refund. A $25 service fee will be assessed on all cancellations. No refunds for early departure.
Check In/Check Out
- Check In: 4:00 p.m. - Check out: 11:00 a.m
- Key must be placed in lock box upon check out or a $50 fee will be assessed
What To Bring
Our condos are equipped with linens, 8 towels, minimal cooking utensils, extra pillows and blankets. LINENS WILL NOT BE REPLENISHED DURING YOUR STAY! You will need to bring beach towels (Guest towels are not to be used on the beach), extra bathing towels, bathing soap, etc.
